The year full of changes, challenges but also new ideas and growth, the journey of 2021 at Toolyt has been a transitional year for everyone. With the vision of leading the way in the industry and working together as a team to find solutions, we are thrilled with the progress made by our team this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toolyt made significant strides despite 2021 being dominated by the pandemic. From developing outstanding industry enhancements for our clients to being listed top 101 startup enterprises in India. We went from strength to strength building our success ladder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite working and managing from home for the last 1.5 years, we are delighted to announce that we opened our new office earlier this year. As it was important for us to collaborate as a family and share ideas that can seize us to new heights together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ensuring we adopted all the COVID-19 precautions and keeping safety in mind, we began the transition of work from office gradually. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Channel Module –<\/strong>. To effectively manage your channels easily and in a simpler way, we have introduced you to our new channel management feature called Channel Module. Manage and track channels, all at one platform – Toolyt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Lead-Types<\/strong> –<\/strong>  Tired of managing different leads for different products\/services? Toolyt brings you a one-stop lead configuration for your various sales processes. With the option to connect all the modules effortlessly with lead-types, push away the time-consuming process of tracking leads through different instances. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Rule Module – <\/strong> The hassle faced by the companies when some leads are untouched can be frustrating, keeping in mind the problem- Toolyt introduces you to the Rule-module. A configuration where the admin can pre-define the rules-based upon the given problem. For instance the one particular hasn\u2019t been touched for 5 days, the admin can pre-define the rule of triggering the emails when this particular escalation happens via rule-module. Rule-module can be made flexible according to different escalations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
