PDDPost-Disbursement Document

A PDD is a document the borrower still owes after the loan has been disbursed - for example a registered sale deed, insurance copy, or a signed acknowledgement. Lenders track PDDs with an owner and an ageing clock.

Pending PDDs are an audit finding waiting to happen and can weaken recovery if security documentation is incomplete.

Good practice is to treat each PDD as a live obligation inside the origination system, with escalation as it ages, rather than as a monthly exception report.
