What changes after go-live
A working demo of Toolyt's lending workflow: stage-wise login-to-disbursal TAT, deviation routing, PDD tracking and field document capture, configured to one of your own loan products.
TAT you can break down, not just report
Most lenders know the headline TAT and nothing underneath it. We show ageing by stage - login, credit, legal and technical, sanction, PDD, disbursal - so you can see exactly which desk is holding the file.
Deviations that route themselves
Policy breaches map to an authority level automatically, with compensating conditions attached. No WhatsApp approvals, no reconstructing who signed off six months later during an audit.
PDDs that stop ageing quietly
Post-disbursement documents get an owner, a due date and an escalation path from day one, so the pending list is a working queue rather than a quarterly surprise.
The journey we will run
Pick one product - personal loan, LAP, business loan, gold, two-wheeler - and we will configure the journey for the session.

Where TAT usually leaks
| Stage | Common leak | What we show |
|---|---|---|
| Login to credit | Incomplete file, re-work loop | Completeness checks at capture, not at credit |
| Credit to sanction | Deviation stuck in an inbox | Rule-based routing with SLA clocks |
| Sanction to disbursal | Documents chased over calls | Checklist with owner and escalation |
| Post disbursal | PDD ageing invisible | Live PDD queue by branch and RM |
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about how Toolyt works for field sales, lending and service teams.
Talk to our team- What is login-to-disbursal TAT?
- It is the elapsed time from the moment a loan application is logged in the system to the moment funds are disbursed. Most lenders track it as a single number; useful control needs it broken into stage-wise ageing - login, credit, verification, sanction, documentation and disbursal.
- Does Toolyt replace our LOS?
- It does not have to. Many lenders keep the system of record and use Toolyt for the sourcing, field verification and follow-up layer, syncing both ways over API. We will map the integration in the demo based on what you already run.
- Can we see deviation routing in the demo?
- Yes. We configure a sample deviation matrix - say FOIR breach, low CIBIL band or age exception - and show how it routes to the right authority with compensating conditions and a full audit trail.
- How are documents collected in the field?
- On the mobile app: scan with auto-crop, tag against the checklist, attach geo and timestamp, upload when signal is available. The checklist is product-specific, so a rep cannot mark a file complete with a missing mandatory document.
- Is the data hosted in India?
- Yes, Indian data residency is supported. Security specifics, controls and certifications are documented in our trust centre and we can walk your infosec team through them separately.

- Login-to-disbursal TAT
Login-to-disbursal TAT is the elapsed time from the moment a loan application is formally logged in the system to the moment funds leave the lender's account. In Indian retail lending, unsecured personal and business loans typically run 1-3 working days, used-vehicle 2-4 days, LAP and affordable housing 12-25 days. Most of that time is queueing, not processing: files wait for documents, sequential verifications and unrequested approvals rather than for anyone's actual work.
- Credit deviation matrix
A credit deviation matrix is the table in a lender's credit policy that maps each type of policy breach - a FOIR above the norm, an LTV above cap, thinner income documentation, an age or vintage exception - to the authority level that may approve it and the compensating conditions required. It exists so that sensible exceptions get approved quickly by the right person, and every exception leaves an audit trail with a named approver and a reason code.
- FOIR explained with worked examples
FOIR (fixed obligation to income ratio) is the share of a borrower's monthly income already committed to fixed obligations, including the EMI of the proposed loan. It is calculated as total monthly fixed obligations divided by net monthly income, expressed as a percentage. Most Indian lenders sanction retail loans within a FOIR of 50-65%, with higher limits allowed for higher income bands.
