Lead scoring
Lead scoring assigns each lead a numeric value reflecting how likely it is to convert, based on source, profile fit, serviceability, engagement and document readiness, so effort goes where returns are highest.
A score is only useful if it changes behaviour: tighter response SLAs, higher position in the day's plan, or routing to nurture instead of a field visit.
Rebuild weights against actual disbursed or issued outcomes after six months of data rather than relying on the initial assumptions.
