What changes after go-live

A demo of Toolyt's bancassurance workflow: branch-staff lead capture, routing to insurance specialists with response SLAs, and branch-wise conversion and leakage reporting.

Referrals that do not die in a WhatsApp group

Branch staff raise a lead in seconds from their phone; it lands on the right specialist with a clock running. No group messages, no lost referrals, no arguments about who was told what.

SLA discipline both partners can see

Response time from referral to first contact is measured per specialist and per branch, and reported the same way to the bank and to the insurer, which removes most of the monthly friction.

Leakage located, not estimated

Branch-wise funnel from referral to issuance shows exactly where volume disappears - unworked referrals, slow response, or drop-off after the first meeting.

The handoff we will run end to end

We map it to your actual structure: cluster, region, branch, specialist.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about how Toolyt works for field sales, lending and service teams.

Talk to our team
How are branch referrals routed to specialists?
By branch mapping first, then product and specialist availability, with a fallback owner so a referral is never unassigned. The routing logic is configurable per partnership.
What response SLA should bancassurance teams target?
Most partnerships work to first contact within a few working hours of the referral, and same-day at the outside. What matters more than the target is that breaches escalate automatically and are reported by branch.
Can the bank and the insurer see the same reporting?
Yes. Both sides can be given scoped access to the same referral-to-issuance funnel, which removes most reconciliation disputes in the monthly partnership review.
Does branch staff need training?
Very little. The capture screen is deliberately short - customer, product interest, best time to contact - because anything longer does not get used during a busy branch day.
Can we track branch-level incentives?
Yes. Referral volume, quality and issuance can be reported per branch and per staff member to feed whatever recognition or incentive structure the partnership runs.

Read the detail before you book

  • Bancassurance lead handling

Bancassurance lead handling is the process of capturing insurance intent from a bank branch or its digital channels and routing it to the right specialist within a defined response window. The dominant leakage point is not conversion but response time and ownership: leads raised by branch staff that are not picked up within a few hours convert at a fraction of the rate of those contacted the same day.

  • Insurance distribution operations

Insurance distribution in India runs through agency, bancassurance, broking, corporate agents and direct digital channels. Each has a different activation problem, but all are governed by the same operating logic: consistent activity by active sellers, clean issuance, and owned renewals - which together determine persistency.

  • Insurance persistency

Persistency is the share of policies (or premium) that remains in force after a defined period, most commonly measured at the 13th and 61st month. Indian life insurers typically report 13th-month persistency in the 75-88% band and 61st-month between 40% and 60%. Because most lapses are decided at the point of sale rather than at renewal, persistency is really a measure of sourcing quality, not of the collections team.
