What changes after go-live
A live demo of Toolyt lead management: rule-based distribution, first-response SLA clocks, ageing escalation and source-wise conversion reporting across digital, branch and partner channels.
Every lead has an owner within seconds
Round robin is rarely the right answer. Rules can weight by pincode, product licence, current load, language or past conversion - and reassign automatically when the first owner goes quiet.
First response measured, not assumed
The clock starts when the lead lands. Breaches escalate up the hierarchy instead of sitting in a report nobody opens, which is usually the single cheapest conversion gain available.
Marketing and sales looking at one number
Cost per lead by source next to conversion by source, so the spend conversation moves off volume and onto qualified pipeline.
What the session covers

Leakage points we will pressure-test
| Leak | Symptom | Fix shown in the demo |
|---|---|---|
| Slow first touch | Lead answers a competitor first | SLA clock plus auto-reassign |
| Wrong owner | Rep cannot service the pincode or product | Attribute-based routing rules |
| Silent ageing | Leads sit untouched for days | Ageing buckets with hierarchy escalation |
| Blind spend | Source reported on volume only | Source-to-disbursal conversion view |
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about how Toolyt works for field sales, lending and service teams.
Talk to our team- How fast can leads be assigned?
- Assignment happens on creation, typically within a couple of seconds of the lead hitting the system, including leads arriving from campaign platforms or partner APIs.
- Can we route by pincode and product licence?
- Yes. Rules can combine geography, product, language, licence or certification, current workload and past conversion, with a fallback owner so no lead ever sits unassigned.
- What happens when a rep does not respond in time?
- The SLA breach escalates to the reporting manager and, if configured, reassigns the lead to the next eligible owner. Both events are logged, so the pattern shows up in the weekly review rather than being anecdotal.
- Does it integrate with our campaign platforms?
- Yes - web forms, ad platforms, landing pages, call tracking and partner APIs. Source attribution is preserved end to end so conversion can be reported by campaign, not just by channel.
- Can we see conversion by source, not just lead volume?
- That is the default reporting view: leads, contacted, qualified, converted and value by source, with drill-down to the rep and the ageing at each stage.

- Field sales CRM buyer's guide
A field sales CRM is a mobile-first system that plans a rep's day, captures customer interactions on the spot (usually offline), verifies visits with geo-location, and feeds that activity into pipeline and manager reviews. It differs from a desk CRM because the primary user is walking, not sitting, so capture time, offline behaviour and route planning matter more than dashboards.
